Follow the instructions listed below to ensure your order is complete. Then either call in or fax your completed order form to us. We will call you to confirm your order and finalize billing before processing. Please contact us with any questions you may have. Thank you!

2. Choose Label Style
(and Label Shape if ordering Favor Boxes)
3. Choose Label Color
4. Create Personal Message

5. Choose Ribbon Color
6. Choose Filler Type/Color
7. Choose any service extras (see Customer Service)
