Guarantee
We want you to be 100% satisfied and happy with your order. If for any
reason you are not, please return it! You may return it for a refund (minus
30% of your total balance to cover custom printing costs). The
following conditions must be met:
- Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 20 days of original
ship date.
- ALL beverage and food merchandise must be unopened and all merchandise
must be in its original and resalable condition.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges; please
return via UPS or insured mail as we are not responsible for items lost
or damaged in transit.
- The return must be pre-authorized by calling The Welcome Bag Co. and
obtaining a return authorization code.
- Please include the following information with your return: full name,
street address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email address,
return authorization code, & reason for return
.
The WBC reserves the right to deny refunds to those customers who have
not met these conditions. Please fulfill these conditions so we may meet
